If I am ever President, and have to speak to Congress, I will open by saying, "I love you guys too, but for everyone's sanity, please don't stand after everything I say with an exclamation point at the end. Trust me, everyone will be happier." Although, some well-timed "Huzzah!"s would be greatly appreciated.
